At Storage Playa del Carmen, we want your move-in experience to be easy, organized, and stress-free. Whether you’re storing a few boxes, seasonal items, household goods, or business supplies, the following tips and guidelines will help you prepare, pack, and maintain your storage unit properly.
Insurance – Customer Responsibility
Storage Playa del Carmen does not provide insurance coverage for any items stored in our facility.
It is the tenant’s responsibility to arrange their own insurance coverage for all belongings placed in storage. We strongly recommend securing personal or business insurance that includes off-site storage coverage to protect your items against risks such as theft, fire, water damage, or unforeseen events.
By renting a unit at Storage Playa del Carmen, you acknowledge that all items are stored at your own risk.
If you have questions about the type of insurance you may need, your personal insurance provider can help guide you.
